Thank you to everyone who attended our 9/11 ceremonial ride to the MECW. We had 22 jeeps and 3 motorcycles. Upon arriving, we met another charity from Nashville who also joined us. We raised $875 for the MECW. If you haven’t been to this Memorial, you should visit it. The MECW lists the names of every US service member killed in action since 1979. The Wall is updated every June with the names from the prior year. It’s black granite slabs sit on the north bank of the Illinois River and access is easy from I-80.
